I don’t know why, but lots of interior trends and smart things for housing go from Sweden. Just to mention IKEA. But this time we won’t talk about this one of the most popular furniture companies in the world. This small gallery is dedicated to a nice collection of photos of typical modern Swedish kitchen and dining rooms. Created by a good team of interior designers Alvhem Makleri and Interior from Goeteborg Sweden, this set of kitchen and dining interiors combines the following characteristics, typical for the contemporary Swedish interiors:
– The kitchen is usually combined with the dining room. – In this collection you will find ideas, suitable as for the big apartment, and also for really small flats with the lack of space. – The designers use mostly white color in kitchen interior designs (and that is the trend for Swedish interiors nowadays). – The floor is either white or made as a real chessboard (combining only black and white). – The fitting sometimes is not hidden at all and can be a part of the kitchen interior (painted with black). – You can also see a nice combination of fully white kitchen interior with natural wooden surfaces, for example, on the floor of the kitchen or dining room, or as a tabletop of the work surface, or a wooden table with chairs.
